Since you pay for materials and subcontractors directly, there is no markup on labor and materials. This allows you to put more of your budget into higher quality materials and labor, building even greater equity in the project. How much varies from project to project. And if you would like, you can create even more equity by doing some of the work yourself. Our compensation is based on a fixed fee that takes into account the size and complexity of your project. |

Every month, the price of materials and the cost of land increases. Whether you are thinking of building in a few years or a few months, it is important to understand what effect waiting has on the cost of your project. In some areas, these cost factors will be much higher than others. That may influence your decision to start planning and building sooner. You could pay thousands of dollars more for your home two years from now than if you started the planning and building process now. Take this opportunity to go into your local RI Renovations office, meet with the consultant and talk to them about what you want to do. Go over your budget and let them provide guidance in determining your next steps. This will help you make an informed decision on when to start building. |

We take-to-heart this invasion of your home and privacy. We respect your property by: laying down clean tarps as needed, taking down pictures, etc. that could fall off the wall, installing a ventilation fan when there is a window, clean the work space and traffic areas daily, dust and vacuum nearby spaces, and clean the bathroom thoroughly on the final day of construction. Our staff dons shoe-covering booties as they enter your home so you needn't’t worry about dirt and dust being tracked through. |
