FROM THE OWNER

Hello...My name is Bob Johnson, and as the owner of RI Renovations, I'd like to welcome you to my site.

We enjoy designing and building our modular Pool decks. What is a modular pool deck and why shouldn't I just buy the cheap aluminum deck that normally comes with a pool, you may ask? Well, let's face it, for some people, pools don't last forever. They keep them for 5 or so years and then, for them, the novelty wears off and they want to get rid of it. The maintenance is too much, they don't have the time for it, the kids are gown up now and no one wants to use or clean the pool. For the rest of us, this modular deck will last a very long time.

Our decks are built to last. They are constructed with the same materials used to built a deck that is attached to your house. We use pressure treated 2x8 joists, all galvanized hardware, composite deck boards and vinyl railing systems.

Now the pool is gone and you are stuck with an odd shaped deck in the middle of the yard. The beauty of our modular deck is, you can dis- assemble it and sell it. Check out the photos on this page. We build the deck off site and deliver it to your pool and have it up in a few days. All of the sections are bolted together with galvanized bolts, so disassembling is very easy.

Hope to hear from you.
